The triple verified calls are just that.  The caller is sent through a double IVR system which first asks if they are ready for treatment today, then the second asks if they have private insurance.  If they answer yes to both of these, they are sent to a live, US based, agent to verify what was entered.  Once this is completed, the caller is sent directly to your team and billed as a transfer after 15 seconds on the line. The cost per transfer is $250.  We are only able to handle 300 transfers a month with our current man power. 

Rehab Lead Generation Management
